Canon LMS("we", "our") operates the learning management platform at canonlms.co.ke. This policy describes how we handle personal information for schools, instructors, students, and parents.

Information we collect

• Account details (name, username, email, school affiliation)
• Learning activity (enrollments, submissions, quiz attempts, progress)
• Technical logs for security and service reliability

How we use data

Data is used to deliver courses, authenticate users, generate grades and analytics, and improve platform reliability. We do not sell student data.

Data retention & security

Each school's data is stored in isolated tenant databases. Access is restricted by role. Schools may request export or deletion subject to their agreements.
